Zucchini Bread

Delicious and moist. I especially like it after it's been refrigerated.


~ 1 c. sugar
~ 1 c. brown sugar
~ 3 eggs
~ 1 c. oil

Mix first then add:

~ 2 c. grated zucchini
~ 3 tsp. vanilla

Add all liquid ingredients, then add dry ingredients:

~ 3 c. flour
~ 3 tsp cinnamon
~ 1 tsp soda
~ 1 tsp salt
~ 1 tsp baking powder

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out nearly clean.
